Domestic (Australia): 2-5 days
International: Timeframe is dependent of destination. Customs duties are the responsibility of the buyer.

Returns

Returns accepted within 14 days if the item is significantly not as described.
Buyer responsible for return shipping.
Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of pieces, I cannot accept change-of-mind returns.

Repairs

If your Sterling Legacy piece requires minor repair (clasps, joins, fittings), contact me.
I will do my best to assist or recommend trusted silversmiths and/or jewellers.

Customs & Duties

International buyers are responsible for any customs/import fees.
I provide accurate descriptions and valuations for safe customs clearance.
