Do you only work with antique and vintage silver?
Yes. Every piece at Sterling Legacy begins with genuine antique or vintage sterling silver. I research hallmarks, provenance, and context to ensure authenticity before reimagining it into wearable jewellery.

Are these pieces “upcycled”?
Not in the trendy sense. I don’t strip history away. Instead, I rescue silver from being scrapped and give it a second life - respecting its hallmarks, craftsmanship, and story.

Where do you source your silver?
From antique dealers, auctions, and collections where pieces are often damaged or destined for scrap. Each item is carefully chosen for its history and potential.

Will my jewellery look new or old?
Both. Each piece retains the character of antique silver - patina, engraving, hallmarks - but is carefully restored and reimagined to be durable and wearable today.

Do you take commissions?
Yes, where possible. If you have a piece of antique silver you’d like transformed, please get in touch to discuss possibilities.

Is each item unique?
Absolutely. Every piece is one-of-a-kind. Once sold, it cannot be repeated in the same form.
